About us
We are Jackie and Fred Dunn, Dip.Dog.psy ( diploma in canine psychology) .
We have owned dogs for 30 years. In fact dogs are our passion, and we love to go on long walks in the woods away from roads and traffic. If the weather is good we also go to the seaside.
We go for walks in all weathers, and come rain, snow, and sunshine dogs love it.
We do not walk in the following conditions:
Very heavy snow, very high winds and thunder storms.
Dogs need their exercise, and with no time on your hands, what better way than to have your dogs personally walked for
you.
As dog walkers we only go to 'safe walks' in the country,
away from roads, where if the owner permits, their dog can be
let off the lead and run and explore. We also go to the seaside.
To keep dogs interested, we use a variety of walks around
the Canterbury area such as Blean woods, Lyminge
forest, Kings Wood, Perry woods, Denge Wood and if it is nice weather to
the sea side.
Walks last 45 minutes and does not include the drive to and back from the location.
Dogs need walks in all weathers, including rain and snow, so I will always give your dog a rub down and will make sure
they are comfortable once home.
Another policy of ours is to have no more than 3 to 4 dogs on
a walk at a time. Many times we are dismayed when we see other
dog walkers with sometimes up to 15 dogs in their care, or two people are in charge and they are just standing chatting,
leaving the dogs to get on with it. With a maximum of 4 dogs, we are fully in control and the dogs can interact with
us - we
all have fun.
Included in our dog walking service, is giving your dogs fresh water, and any treats, with owners consent
